What Are The Air Filters in The Clean Air Conditioning System in The Dust-free Workshop
In order to ensure that the dust particles in the dust-free workshop (plant) are controlled within the number of dust particles required by the cleanliness level of the dust-free workshop (plant), three-stage or four-stage air filters are generally used in the purification air conditioning system to block the dust particles in the air flow entering the dust-free workshop (plant).
The air filters used in the purified air-conditioning system are divided into four types according to their air filtration efficiency, namely, primary effect filter, medium effect irregular filter, sub high efficiency filter and high efficiency filter (the cleanliness of some rooms is recorded as class 100, such as class 10 dust-free workshop, and the purified air-conditioning room also uses ultra-high efficiency filter).
The primary dust filter efficiency is less than 30um, and the primary dust filter efficiency is less than 30um.
The filtering object of medium efficiency filter is 1 ~ 10um dust particles, its counting efficiency (for 0.3um dust particles) is 20% ~ 90%, and the air resistance is less than 100Pa.
The sub high efficiency air filter mainly removes dust particles less than 5um, its counting efficiency (for dust particles with particle size of 0.3um) is 90% ~ 99.9%, and its air resistance is less than 150pa.
The filtering objects of high efficiency air filter are mainly dust particles less than 1.0um. Its counting efficiency (for dust particles with particle size of 0.3um) is greater than 99.97% and the air resistance is less than 250pa.
In the purification air conditioning system, the air filter used is selected according to the rated air volume, air resistance and filtration efficiency of filters at all levels during the system design. At the same time, the primary effect filter and medium effect filter determine the size of the filter according to the filtered air volume and the filtration speed of the filtered filter material. The filtration speed of the air passing through the filter material of the primary air filter is 0.4 ~ 1.2m/s, the filtration speed of the air passing through the filter material of the medium efficiency air filter is 0.2 ~ 0.4m/s, and the filtration speed of the air passing through the filter material of the high efficiency air filter is 0.01 ~ 0.03m/s.
In terms of the combination of air filters, the combination of primary, medium and high-level air filters is generally used in dust-free workshops ranging from 100000 to 1 million. For dust-free workshops ranging from 10000 to 100, the purification and air conditioning system also uses the combination of primary, medium, medium and high-level air filters, or the combination of primary, medium, sub high efficiency and high-efficiency filters. In the combination of four-stage air filters, the purpose of adding the third stage medium efficiency or sub high efficiency air filter is to improve the air supply cleanliness of the purified air conditioning system, prolong the service life of the end air filter and reduce the number of replacement.
