To improve the sealing effect of high-efficiency filter, in fact, the poor sealing effect of high-efficiency filter is caused by many aspects, not just the quality problem of high-efficiency filter itself.

1. By using the negative pressure leakage sealing method, the polluted air in the positive pressure space is transmitted to the negative pressure space outside the work area by means of human intervention to ensure that the work area is not polluted.

2. Contact packing sealing method, which is used for sealing. The packing includes solid sealing gasket, such as neoprene, closed cell sponge rubber plate, etc., and liquid sealant, such as silicone rubber, neoprene, natural rubber, etc. Solid gaskets are usually sealed by mechanical compression of bolt mother. The compression of rubber plate is generally 30% - 50%. Liquid sealant is sealed by filling and adhesion methods. This sealing method is also a common sealing method in clean rooms.

3. Liquid groove mouth sealing method: this method is to inject a certain height of non-Newtonian sealing liquid into the groove frame, and the mouth of the high-efficiency filter is inserted into the sealing liquid, so that the air passages on both sides are blocked to achieve the purpose of sealing. This sealing method has strong reliability and convenient disassembly of filter. It is usually applied to clean room sealing with cleanliness of Grade 100, grade 10 and higher.
