What Are The Uses Of Pipe Brush
Pipe brush, also known as hole cleaning brush, is an important variety of brush. It is widely used in the construction process of planting reinforcement. It is briefly analyzed below. First, look at the rebar planting process, which is mainly composed of bottom layer, sorting, calibration, orientation, drilling, hole cleaning, equipment posting agent, injection of posting agent, reinforcement implantation, static aging, inspection, etc.
Before drilling, check the strength of the bottom layer and check the appearance (cracks and other defects). After finishing and cleaning the surface, indicate the direction of reinforcement planting on the bottom layer according to the planning drawing. When drilling, the drill bit shall be perpendicular to the working face and marked with the planned buried depth. When drilling, it shall not shake too much to form deflection or violate the planned orientation.
In case of reinforcement during drilling, it shall be stopped immediately. Drill holes in place adjacent to the head. The net interval between the new hole and the planned hole shall be ≤ 2 times the diameter of the embedded bar, and the interval between the new hole and the outer edge of the concrete component to be burned shall not be less than the thickness of the protective layer. The waste hole shall be filled with mortar. If the plan agrees to cut off the original reinforcement, the reinforcement can be cut off with a drilling machine and drilled to the planned depth.
For hole cleaning, blow out the dust in the hole with a blower or high-pressure air, then clean the hole with a hole cleaning brush, and repeat the operation until there is no dust at the bottom of the hole. Water shall not be used for hole cleaning. If there is ponding in the hole, it shall be eradicated. The binder equipment shall be provided by a specially assigned person, the quantity shall be correct, the mixing shall be uniform, and there shall be no condensation before re injection.
When the adhesive is injected into the hole, the reinforcement shall be punctured immediately, and the reinforcement shall be inserted while rotating clockwise until the bottom of the hole. If the adhesive overflows, scrape off the remaining adhesive on the surface. The time consumed in all processes shall be less than the initial setting time of the binder. Otherwise, the adhesive shall be removed and the hole cleaning and other processes shall be carried out from scratch.
